I am a top-producing luxury residential property practitioner with eXp Realty, specialising in Camps Bay, Bakoven, and the greater Atlantic Seaboard. Eleven years on, I am one of eXp's top producers countrywide — number one in Q1 2025, and a capping agent every year since joining. Previously, my partnership was ranked Chas Everitt's #1 Value Agent/Partnership nationally, having built a 25% market share in Camps Bay and closed over R200 million in a single year, with sales up to R41 million and several achieved at full asking price. Before real estate, I spent years in the international luxury yacht industry, sailing alongside some of its most successful people — experience that shapes how I handle high-value transactions today. Architecture was my first passion and still informs how I read a home. My full name is Jonkheer Devin Steengracht de Moyland, of Dutch / German descent. Many of my clients are European, and that shared heritage often makes for an easier conversation from the first meeting. I live, work and breathe the Camps Bay lifestyle daily.
